Membership

  • One policy covers 1 to 10 people.
  • Waiting period ends after 6 months of completed payments.
  • Monthly premiums must be paid to keep the membership active.
  • Missing two months of payment will lapse the membership.
  • Children receive benefits according to their age group.

Claims & support

  • Call Ibanokuthula Funeral Service immediately in the event of a death.
  • Support is available day and night.
  • Register all children on joining — with birth certificate details.
  • Clearly state where you live and where you will be buried.
  • If outside Ilembe, inform the office so we can assist.
